It's some book by a couple of writers from nearly six decades ago that is now considered an SF classic. I bought the 1972 reprint at the previous Capricon in 2010 where one of the authors was scheduled to attend but couldn't, promptly lost it for several months and started in on it last week. The sequel's next in my to-read list, of course.
