Wait 'till the fire turns green

Yeah. I also belong to that small (or maybe *not*) group of fen who isn't real happy with Trekkies. AFAIK, they still refuse to acknowledge much of anything SF outside of The Franchise, and that makes them pretty much useless since most of the SF I peruse is...dare I say it?...*written*. Plus, I used to be involved in _Doctor Who_ fandom eons ago, and although some of them were tightly wound, they weren't even *close* to some of the more far-gone Trekkies in that regard.
