Don McLeroy: lame duck efforts from an lamebrain

Don McLeroy - the Texas State Board of Education chairman, nutbar religious zealot and noted endorser of a really, really lousy book supposedly on the subject of evolution - is still at it, although his target this time is the establishment clause of the First Amendment. 

I suppose it's a small consolation that he's not Weepy, though. Next to him, McLeroy is a shining beacon of rationality, though that's not saying much.
