What is the Arabic equivalent of the term "loonball", anyway?

Leave it to Kommandant B to continue to come off as the unintentional Very Silly Party candidate for President without a trace of irony; first, she continues to babble away in the unspoken name of the Big Stoopid concerning vaccinations for HPV; then, she decided that the following pearls of dumbth masquerading as Presidential-sounding wisdom concerning the Arab Spring were fit for human consumption:

Michele Bachmann argued that President Obama should have tried to stop Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak from falling, saying that “we saw President [Hosni] Mubarak fall while President Obama sat on his hands.”

Bachmann was speaking to about 400 people at the California Republican convention Friday, and as the National Journal reports, blamed President Obama’s for “the hostilities of the Arab spring,” which saw the toppling of regimes in Egypt, Tunisia and Libya and pro-democracy protests across the region.

“We saw President [Hosni] Mubarak fall while President Obama sat on his hands,” Bachmann said, referring to the former Egyptian President. “And we’ve also seen now the rise of radical elements all across the Middle East region.”

Uh...what?

 Look, as uncertain as the ultimate results of the overthrow of Mubarak and Qaddafi, et al, may be, most people would say that the ouster of notorious caudillos who ruled through fear, intimidation and corruption for over 30- or 40-plus years isn't exactly a bad thing. In the Kommandant's strange little world, however, we should all be quaking under our beds with a rifle in hand because The Apocalypse is coming to breakfast right now.
