the_archfiend...nevertheless, I'm gratified Tony Amonte made it into the US Hockey HoF.
For several years after the departure of Jeremy Roenick for Parts Unknown (i.e., the Phoenix Coyotes, among others), Amonte was the Blackhawks offense. His career numbers can be seen here, and for most of the period between 1996-7 and 2001-2 he prevented a mostly bad team from being truly awful.
