This is probably unsurprising to anyone who isn't already a complete moron, but it turns out that the shooter responsible for the mass murder at the Sikh temple in suburban Milwaukee is a known member of a white supremacist group. To make this especially rough on most rock music fans, he was also a member of at least two white supremacist bands:

Wade Michael Page was a member of two racist skinhead bands –– End Apathy and Definite Hate, a band whose album “Violent Victory” featured a gruesome drawing of a disembodied white arm punching a black man in the face. In the drawing, the fist is tattooed with the letters “HFFH,” the acronym for the phrase “Hammerskins Forever, Forever Hammerskins.”

Meanwhile, in Joplin, Missouri, different crime, same probable cause.

But, hey, with people like Bryan Fischer running around flapping their gums on issues that they have absolutely no clue about (a female Saudi judoka being allowed to participate in the Olympics actually promotes Sharia law? Really?), I'm sure that there will be no shortage of this kind of public stupidity for years to come.
