A reason for optimism, for once

IMHO, A lot of my recent posts have been far too negative in tone due to the incredible stupidity of what I was commenting on. This post is an exception, however.

It seems that Simon Singh has actually won his appeal against Sir David Eady's ruling on a libel case against him for writing an article critical of the British Chiropractic Assocation. Orac's article goes into further detail on this, but this is good news no matter which way you read it.
