These are heady days for publically prominent morons, epecially if you're a career practitioner of Teh Stoopid Artz like Weepy, Kommandant B and Robbo. Demagogues and outright idiots of every stripe have been doing  this after the most recent natural disaster of their day, so why should these three be any different?
