I fail to be at all surprised when Bryan Fischer advocates something so glaringly stupid that he's forced to dredge up an old figure from 80's HIV/AIDS denial in order to do it. That's right, The hair style that walks like a man has embraced the wit and wisdom of Peter Duesberg. Apparently, the only reason these two are jumping into bed together (pun intended) on this issue is because both can continue to blame Teh Evil Gay for an illness that somehow still managed to kill off hemophiliacs and blood transfusion patients back in the day despite their lack of (presupposed) similar recreational drug use.

It's as if someone decided to program an radio station devoted to 80's-era quackery that only gets beamed to the dental fillings of schizophrenics and/or Marcus Bachmann.

Frothy actually said this, for no apparent good reason under the sun except - shock of shocks! -  a demagogic appeal to ignorance:

AMHERST, New Hampshire — President Obama has laid out an ambitious agenda for America’s high school students, stating that by 2020, he wants the United States to be the world’s leader in proportion of college students. At other times, he has said he wants every student to graduate “college and career ready.”

To many, that would seem an effort to improve America’s lagging educational stature among the world’s largest countries. To former Pennsylvania Sen. Rick Santorum (R), however, that is a sign of Obama’s “elitist snobbery.”

While talking about education during a campaign stop in New Hampshire today, Santorum stated that Obama “said every child should go to college,” then declared, “What elitist snobbery out of this man!” The claim drew cheers from many in the crowd.

Uh huh. Sure. I guess that Frothy really does think that it's okay for the World's supposed last superpower to have a second-rate educational system, but that's not surprising when you consider that undereducated people probably don't pay attention to issues concerning political corruption all that much.
